September 25th will be remembered for the Grand Opening of the Zenith restaurant ! It adds a final touch to the high tech office building which sits at the end of Boulevard du Roi Albert II in Brussels city centre. The building itself is at the zenith of modern building technology.
Latitude together with Yellow Meeting was asked to organize the Grand Opening. The objective was to promote the new restaurant as well as the available office spaces.
We built an event concept around the great service that is being offered. The tenants benefit from a free concierge service in the building. We selected a group of actors turned "butlers" that accompanied the guests through the evening. Golf carts would take guests from their car to the main entrance where they would be well received.
The still available office spaces were promoted by refreshing the main sales arguments of through on one of the top floors. The sales arguments are:

- 100% modular office spaces

We created "modern art" installations that were positioned in each direction of the vast office floor. Segways and electric scooters and bikes for guests to explore the office platform guaranteed a lot of fun.
